- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our eco-friendly cleaning services start at $119, and go up depending on size of the home and which services are selected. We offer our return clients a 10% discount on weekly regular cleanings & a 5% discount on bi-weekly regular cleanings. Veterans can receive a 5% discount on any cleaning service purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can either book their Maid-It Eco-Friendly cleaning service online via our Thumbtack business profile page, or you may call and schedule your service by giving us a call. If the line is busy or unavailable, please leave your name along with a callback number, and someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our exceptional cleaning team at Maid-It have a combined total of 6 years in general housekeeping and janitorial experience. Maid-It's friendly, professional cleaners will work diligently and efficiently to ensure we exceed your expectations.
