Introduction: Relationships, they are the core of all that we do in life. My goal is to help you with any relationship issues you have. The relationship with yourself is the most important one! As a former competitive teen athlete and an adult stage performer, I specialize in working with teens with sports/stage/class performance anxiety/self-image issues (the "mental" game). Also, I help separated/divorced individuals to improve their relationship with their ex, which is critical when you have kids. I've completed my training with Martha Beck (O Magazine monthly columnist) in 2012 and continue to hone my skills by continuing my education via various specialized coaching curricula and alternative healing therapies. One of the therapy techniques I use is EFT for stress and pain management. I discovered this while researching ways to help my teenager with migraines.
