- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When purchasing an hourly package, the more hours booked, the higher the discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit your home, perform a walk-through, and identify where your frustration lies. We talk about your needs and desires for the space - the future of your space. What you want it to look like and how you'd like it to function. We identify items that work for you in your new space. We decide what to do with items that don't work for you (i.e., donate). We organize and bring the future of your space to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained by the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) with a focus on residential organizing and staging. NAPO is the standard organizational body in the United States.
