I can't overstate how good of an experience training with Kimbrough is.
I was nervous since I didn't have a lot of experience working out but he is knowledgeable, patient, instructive, and so passionate to get others in shape--no matter what level you start at.
He's become inspiration and motivation for me, but also a new friend as well. Worth more than his price imo!

During my time as a trainee for KimbroughFit, I’ve really gained strength that I never knew I had. My trainer is very practical, patient, and encouraging. He pushes you to new limits and for that I am starting to notice a lot of growth. He is always available and even checks up on me throughout the week to check on my well-being. My experience has been phenomenal.

Kimbrough Is Really The Best He Helps You Loose Weight And Build Muscle And It Doesn’t Take Him Long. He’s So Consistent Patient Uplifting And Motivating And The Same Time. His Meal Preps Really Work I Highly Recommend Booking With Him He’s Truly Is Amazing I’m Loving My Results!
