Thomas was fantastic. He responded very quickly and worked me in (into a cancellation slot) within a couple of days of my initial inquiry. He was punctual, professional and very friendly, and got the job done quickly (about an hour and a half). The cleaned roof looks GREAT and was less expensive than the other companies I checked. Two thumbs up!!

soap & the city soft wash did a stellar cleaning of my home roof; getting rid of those ugly streaks. They also did a great power wash on my siding. I HIGHLY recommend them!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project has a unique price due to a number of different factors: size of project, stain level, pitch of roof, height of roof, easy of access, amount and proximity of plant life, etc. Because of these unique factors, we offer a free, no-obligation, in-person estimate for every job. A typical 1-story roof cleaning starts at $350 and a typical 2-story roof cleaning starts at $450.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new customer we gather some basic information (contact information, home address, scope of work requested, etc.) and then schedule a free, no-obligation, in-person estimate to provide the most accurate pricing. Once an estimate has taken place, the cleaning process and price will be explained to the customer. The estimate will also be emailed over and once it is accepted, the customer is automatically put into a scheduling que.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Spending years in real estate (as an investor, home owner, and real estate agent) I noticed numerous roofs over the years that had dark black staining, moss growth or were covered in debris. Often times unsightly roofs make buyers question the roofs integrity and may even discourage them from purchasing a home. As a result I began to look for a solution. That solution ended up being starting a company that focused on the needs of customers by offering them the best roof cleaning value in the market.
