I recently installed hardwood flooring in a home we bought in New Bern. As a result, the house was covered in sawdust - floors, walls, windows, baseboards and cabinets. I needed to find an organized, hard-working individual to help me conquer the mess. Virginia met the criteria and then some. She was motivated, thorough and a whirling dervish of energy. I was very impressed with the tenacity she showed in cleaning the staircase railing to the second floor; it was covered not only in sawdust but an underlying base of oily grime. She didn't rest until it was gone. She has a tremendous work ethic, a friendly disposition and is very personable. I would not hesitate to hire her again, and highly recommend her services.

I was supposed to have a move-in clean which included all windows, blinds, baseboards, door frames and floors. I know for certain that all my blinds were not cleaned. Several of them still had dust and spots on them. My front storm door was also not cleaned. In the bathroom, there was dirt and grime left in the sink from where it had been cleaned but not rinsed out. The price was very reasonable, but after spending $150 on the cleaning, I feel as if I am still in the same position I was before I had it cleaned. She was very friendly and nice and I hated to even say I wasn't satisfied with the job. But overall, I feel as if it was rushed through and not thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom.

Set up a time to meet with them. View the home and find out what they want done, what they would expect from me. And set a time to do the job.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Have talk to people that were not happy with the service they got so I decided to make a change in the cleaning service. A happy customer is a return customer and also a good reference for a good business. So my job is to leave every customer smiling!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Clean kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and all other living areas. I clean from top to bottom.
