The equipment is well maintained, the space is perfect for the personal training sessions, and the staff are incredible. Im never nervous to look stupid trying something new. The environment from both staff and clients is super positive. There is definitely a wonderful sense of community at Activate Fitness and Wellness.I train with Jessica twice a week and shes PHENOMENAL! She creates workouts that target where I need to build strength, challenges me, and is so fun to work with. I took my family to one of her Monday HIIT classes and it was awesome. We all had a ton of fun and it was really well organized. Shes made me some workouts that include the equipment available to me outside of session so I can add onto my personal gym workouts!If youre teetering between deciding to commit or not, do it.
