Rony and Frank were extremely accommodating. We purchased a new house and wanted to have the right carpet: soft to walk on, stain resistant, and wear resistant. After working with them, we met at their supplier. We finally settled on the carpet. The carpet was extremely thick (65oz). We had them use memory foam padding as well. Total for carpet, padding, and install was ~$4 /sf. I now wish I could have done the 2nd floor. We will have to schedule that to be done at another time.

Ronnie and Frank were awesome! First big difference was their standard pad (8lb) was a higher quality thicker pad then anyone else I got carpet quotes from (6 or 7lb) and they were cheaper at that. I had a very short window to get carpet installed and hardwoods refinished in a house I bought before the moving truck arrived. They even overnighted a carpet sample to my wife to make a selection in time to keep the job on schedule and to finish on time. The hardwoods and carpet turned out fantastic as advertised! I had a momentary lapse of reason at time to pay for the last half of the job after completion and thought the hardwood quote had not been included in the balance I had remaining to pay. They reminded me that the hardwood quote had already been included in that price many contractors would have taken that opportunity to take advantage of the customer but they didn't. Very honest, dependable, hard working, respectful, knowledgeable and always in contact with job status. I can't say enough about my positive experience with Ronnie and Frank. As happy as I am with my experience, I'm even more happy I have go-to guys for carpet/hardwood needs in the future. I'd rate 6 stars out of 5 if possible. I'm a tad on OCD side and these guys exceeded expectation in every way. Great job Ronnie and Frank!

These guys are great! My fiance and I just bought our first home and the carpet was horrible.They came out on Sunday for a free estimate and showed us some samples. They were a lot cheaper then most companies we checked. They had our old carpet out and new carpet in within a couple of days. The new carpet makes our home look so much better and I am so glad we found Ronys Saravia!! Use these guys! You won't be disappointed!

Ronys Saravia & Crew were hired to replace all of the carpets in my house. My experience with them has been consistent with the reviews that precede mine. They are very professional, honest, and have excellent communication. While we were having the initial estimate done, my wife and I took a considerable amount of time to decide on what rooms we wanted to do and what color/quality. Despite it being later in the evening, Ronys and Frank were impressively polite and patient with us. They gave us a lot of feedback on our thought process, drawing from their professional experience, and helped us ultimately make the best decision. Ronys gave us frequent updates on the shipping status of our product. As for the job itself, they worked at a great pace, replacing every single carpet in my house in one day. Ronys was happy to answer any questions I had during the job, and even fixed some minor issues that he noticed before installing the new carpets. He also did a nice job repairing a sloppy section of laminate flooring that was previously installed by a different company. If you are looking for a flooring installer with extremely competitive pricing but quality that can beat any chain, look no further. I fully intend to hire Ronys again when I need more flooring work performed.

Carpet looks great and seamed perfectly with the adjacent room. They surprised me by fixing a piece of carpet they noticed in another room next to the doorway molding that was not part of the original service request. Great service.

My most common installs are for pleople who are selling their house or are renting. we offer great quality of carpet for rentals or carpet that looks great to sell a house.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the professional you use uses a power stretcher and seals your seams so you don't end up with a mess later.
