- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies based on what is desired for decorations. Balloons vary in size, quality and color. Depending on your theme/idea, indoor/outdoor and type of structures, pricing can vary widely.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically send a welcome email along with my pricing brochure. I have an onboarding template where the client can give me an idea of what they're looking for. I can then give an estimated cost. I price balloons at $23/foot Once established that I can provide what the customer desires and pricing is agreeable, we can start having some decorating fun!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9+ years experience decorating for events. I've decorated for a number of private parties from a couple balloon towers to full on arches and tablescapes.
