Merlyn Mendez is a true professional. His intelligence and experience were immediately clear. His work was beautiful, thoughtfully designed and executed. Mr. Mendez is articulate, witty, kind, and quite skilled as a contractor. I found every aspect of his many projects in our new home to be quite excellent . I plan to request his services time and again as we make renovations and repairs to this house.

Integritas LLC has done an amazing job of bringing my vision to life of my dream home. Their professionalism of tackling every project I threw at them, their timeliness of getting each project completed and the quality of their work quality is outstanding. From a full kitchen refresh that included installation of light fixtures, replacing kitchen faucets and a fully tiled kitchen wall backsplash, replacing and installing doors to building a back deck AND front covered porch. I highly recommend them and can’t wait to use them for my next project!

Terrible customer service, unprofessional, didn’t listen to what we wanted, never came on time (11:30am maybe last day was 7pm), didn’t even have the decency to finish the job as he said he would, and when told we would not do more business if he didn’t get back to us by 2pm today he didn’t respond. Left things undone, said he’d build a cabinet faster and better than getting us one (so he could be done with us obviously) and the cabinet isn’t even usable. Left holes in closet wall after put up rails for closet shelves wrong, flooring people trashed the house with horrible dust and didn’t even attempt to pay to get in cleaned (I had to pay $450 to clean it all), and left my yard trashed plus their work garbage at my house. Do NOT use them.

Thank you for your feedback. We take customer concerns seriously and always strive to provide high-quality service. However, I would like to clarify some points about this project and ensure that our future clients understand more of this unfortunate situation.
Throughout the interactions with this customer, we became suspicious of fraud. We encountered issues with their payment, including a bounced check. They reassured us that it would be reconciled, so we continued to work with the customers and accommodate their additional requests. After this, the customer began aggressively demanding that we finish the remaining work immediately, even though we had already addressed the scope of the original contract without payment and were moving on to work that was requested after the original contract.
In addition, after completing the job and receiving confirmation during the final walk-through that everything was in order, the customer changed their stance, refused to pay the remaining balance and would not allow us to return (not even to retrieve our supplies), leaving us no opportunity to address any remaining concerns. We have reported this situation to Thumbtack, as we believe the customer’s actions were aimed at scamming us from the beginning. We worked hard on this project for about 8 days and were not paid thousands of dollars.
We regret that the situation ended this way, but we are proud of the quality of work we provided, and we always aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with the final result. We encourage prospective customers to read all reviews carefully and reach out to us directly with any questions or concerns.
