- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always explain to them how I plan to complete the job and ask them questions about materials if they have not started the process. I like to create a mental image as to how the project will look like and what I will do to make sure they do as little work as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done two years of Engineering School at NC State along with passing the National General Contractors Exam for Residential and Commercial Work. Currently Looking to return to School to complete a two year program in Building Technology.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Pay attention to their behaviors and how they carry themselves. Are they being upfront and honest with you? When you ask them questions, can they respond in a direct and confident manner. Ultimately, do you trust they have the capabilities to complete the job.
