As a certified yoga instructor, sound healer, and wellness coach, I combine movement, mindfulness, and ancestral practices to help clients reconnect with their bodies and inner clarity. What sets me apart is my ability to meet people exactly where they are—whether they’re managing stress, recovering from injury, navigating emotional blocks, or just trying to move better and breathe deeper. I specialize in working with women, Black and Brown communities, and those in transition—providing a trauma-informed, affirming space to release, restore, and realign.
