- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is determined by how many rooms and bathrooms need to be cleaned also the condition of the home. Other factors are deep cleans or general cleans. We provided a full sheet with the type of clean requested and the items being cleaned for select section (kitchen,bathrooms,master room etc). Pricing is determined from these services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to set up a free estimate appointment. On the day of the appointment if the price is accepted we can do the clean right away. Or we can set up another day that is available to our client. If scheduling is tight we can also arrange virtual call for your free estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been cleaning houses for over 10 years and have seen everything that is imaginable. No work is seen as too hard or too impossible. I'll always find a way to get the job done. I'm also going to be at the cleaning locations to ensure the quality of the work being delivered. I also have experience with cleaning commercial properties for example airbnb’s, hotels, schools, daycares, and apartments.
