V and her team did an extremely professional job and cleaned out every corner of the house. They were very helpful and even went back twice to ensure it was up to the mark. The team came in on time and worked on every room very efficiently and thoroughly. I will be sure to work with them on a continuous basis going forward. Thanks again team!

I could not have been happier with my experience! V was very responsive, and her and her partner, Cat, arrived on time. I scheduled a deep clean and they did not disappoint. I have two cats, but you would not know after they left. I don't know what kind of magic they worked but the room with the litter boxes smelled amazing. My home was organzied and spotless when they left, I am definitely scheduling regular cleanings with this company. Highly recommend! Also, as a girl's girl, I love helping woman owned businesses.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NACC uses transparent premium pricing. Residential estimates depend on square footage, bedroom/bathroom counts, condition and service scope. Thumbtack’s combined Deep/Move price is the rounded-up average of our Deep and Move-In/Out estimates for a representative home; the services have different final rates and inclusions. For a property-specific residential estimate, use our pricing calculator. Rental turnovers follow the published rate table on our Airbnb cleaning page. New properties have a separate $50 onboarding fee on the first cleaning only. Larger or unlisted rentals and post-construction work are custom quoted. Final pricing and scope are confirmed before service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We confirm your requested service, actual square footage, property condition, and preferred date before providing your final estimate. Once you approve the scope and pricing, we'll confirm crew availability and scheduling.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Compare what's included in the cleaning, not just the starting price. Ask about square footage, service scope, property condition, and additional services before comparing estimates.
