There are no hidden fees, any additional costs (such as deep-clean add-ons or organizing services) are clearly discussed and approved before the job begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering details about your home or business and understanding your cleaning priorities. From there, we provide a customized quote and schedule your service at a convenient time. On the day of service, my team arrives fully equipped, walks through the space with you if desired, and confirms expectations. After the cleaning, I check in to ensure everything meets or exceeds your standards.
