Because we understand that each customer has unique needs, our pricing is based upon each customers interests. We offer both standard and deep cleaning packages. However some people might want some of the deep cleaning features, without paying the full deep cleaning rate. Therefore, you only pay for what you want. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers may contact us via website or phone. From the moment you make contact with us, we invite you on a customer journey that includes stellar customer service skills and quality/value based cleaning services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners undergo a 10 hour residential cleaning training based off some of the most competitive cleaning businesses in the industry.
