Introduction: I provide compassionate, solution-oriented counseling to help individuals and couples to achieve balance and direction. Counseling and coaching don't have to be huge time commitments. Often, we can work towards your goals in a shorter amount of time than you expect. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey best approached with creativity and a strong sense of humor. I will enable you to understand your strengths, so that you can develop resilience in the face of your challenges. You can choose to renegotiate your responses to anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. I want to make counseling accessible and convenient, so that you can access lasting results. My office in beautiful Lafayette Village is a warm, safe place to explore your hopes, fears, and goals. I enjoy helping clients learn to develop more mindful lives and relationships. Everyone can benefit from learning the tools they need to stay present in moments of both sadness and joy.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Choosing a therapist doesn't have to be tough. There are many talented, qualified therapists in the triangle. You should choose someone who understands your goals, believes in your strengths and can offer you the tools to write your own happy ending. Ask anyone you are considering to detail his or her training and clinical orientation. This is especially important for clients who are looking for a couples therapist. Why don't you contact me at holly@lotustherapycenter.com or (919) 714-7455 to see how I could be a good fit for your needs!
