Daniel did a fantastic job replacing my shed roof and fascia boards. He went the extra mile and even painted the surrounding areas. Apart from his professional work, he is a great guy and easy to talk to. He was patient with my questions and explained everything. I like his laid-back, non-pushy approach. Will rehire him.

Daniel and his team did the project flawlessly. Daniel listened to my needs, kept me informed on progress, and constantly made sure I was happy throughout the experience. His crew was respectful, thorough, professional, and did a great job prepping the site and cleaning after the job was done. We will be hiring them again.
Daniel is very knowledgeable and responsive. I have a roof leaking during a storm and contacted StaDry. Within hours, Danielle came and fixed the leak. Not only leaking, he fixed. He also did an inspection over my entire roof and pointed out few problems and advice me to watch out for future issues. Id be very happy to hire him for any roof leaking job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always willing to adjust scope of work or find creative ways to adjust to your budget and expectations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a 10 - 15 minute phone conversation about the project, going over any available pictures and measurements. At this time, its possible to give a ballpark estimate. If comfortable moving forward, we'll come to the location, speak more in-depth about the project and needs. Once we've established that we can help you with your project, we'll send a quote within 48 hours and we'll call to go over any questions or concerns. The quote is good for 10 business days. If you would like to move forward and get on the schedule a 20% deposit is required. Once the project is completed, we'll perform a final walkthrough. Follow-ups will be done 7 days after walkthrough, 3 months, and 6 months afterwards.

We started GR Constructs after my own struggles to find trustworthy contractors that are communicative. We strive for clear communication and flexibility for our customers.
