- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no fees my estimates are free and if the homeowner needs to move furniture, I will help them at no additional cost and on every job I do something small for free as a thank you for them hiring me
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication. The vast majority of my work is interior so I like to share with the homeowner a step-by-step account of the work I’m gonna be doing that being said I try hard not to inconvenience my homeowners cause I’m gonna be in their home for anywhere from 3 to 5 days. I wanna make sure that they are comfortable with the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is not related to what I do in painting, but being involved in athletics helps me because painting is a very physically demanding job
