Recently, I had a moving client (Greg) that was obviously stressed about his career move (Raleigh to Richmond) and he was anxious about making us work so late into the night, getting us back to Raleigh and our families well past midnight. I informed him that I knew moving was stressful and my job was to remove that mental stress from his plate and not to worry about anything but pointing to what rooms he wanted his personal belongings placed. This eased his mind tremendously. It took us an hour to get him unloaded. He was happy beyond words. I shook his hand, wished him well in his new endeavor and was home in bed a bit after midnight. I have no doubt this gentleman will leave us an outstanding review and we got paid to provide him a service, but more importantly, seeing the stress melt from his face made me remember why I really do this type of work.

Rusty came out to look at the large items to move and gave me a price. He gave me packing hints and that even though the move was only a couple of miles he would wrap the furniture and take good care of it. I’ll leave a review after the actual move.

Rusty and his team. are professional, well planned out s well as being very neat and orderly. I had a unique move of a new Reef Aquarium into the house and setting it on a stand. Weight was significant (450-500 pounds). Since it was glass, extreme care needed to be taken. They customized a large wheeled cart and took careful measures to set it in place. Rusty is also very responsive and there to make sure you are taken care of.
