- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and designed to be fair, transparent, and competitive for the level of service we provide. We typically charge an hourly rate based on the size of the crew and the type of move, with time starting when we arrive and ending once the job is complete. There are no hidden fees—everything is discussed upfront so you know exactly what to expect. We do have a minimum service time for most moves, and any additional time is billed in increments. Travel fees may apply depending on distance, and we’ll always communicate that ahead of time. We occasionally offer discounts for smaller jobs, flexible scheduling, or repeat customers—feel free to ask. While we may not always be the lowest price, we focus on delivering reliable, professional service that protects your belongings and gives you peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we gather a few details about your move—location, inventory, and timing—so we can give you an accurate quote with no surprises. Once you’re ready to move forward, we get you scheduled and confirm all the details ahead of time. On moving day, our team arrives on time with all necessary equipment—dollies, tools, and protective materials like blankets and shrink wrap—to ensure everything is handled with care. We load, transport, and unload your items efficiently while keeping everything organized and protected. Before we leave, we make sure everything is placed where you want it and that you’re fully satisfied. Our goal is to make the entire experience professional, smooth, and worry-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from hands-on experience in the moving industry. We’ve worked in professional moving environments where we learned proper lifting techniques, safe loading and stacking, and how to protect furniture and fragile items the right way. Over time, we’ve developed systems for efficiency, organization, and customer service to ensure every move runs smoothly. Our team is trained to handle everything from standard household items to heavy, oversized, and high-value pieces with care. We also focus heavily on professionalism—showing up on time, communicating clearly, and treating every customer’s home and belongings with respect.
