- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our buses are well maintained and we offer very competitive pricing. All our buses are insured with a $5 million policy required by NC State Law. Our drivers are professional and have a valid Commercial Driver's License.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love working with new customers. I take my time to gather the information needed to customize a package that will work for their venue. I ask them how many guests they plan on inviting, destinations, do they need ice and cups, and most of all is this their first experience renting a party bus.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our drivers are trained 1 on 1 with a professional chauffeur. We illustrate the differences between a "Driver" and a "Chauffeur". We also emphasize the importance of ensuring the customer receives the best customer service experience possible.
