- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly Hands-On rate $35. Minimum 2 hours per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your organizing experience begins with a free up to one hour Preliminary Needs Assessment (NA) session to learn about your specific project and or clutter challenges. The NA will give the information needed to design your customized system/process to meet your organizing goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My years as an administrative assistant and analyst enhanced my organizing skills, along with attention to detail and problem solving. I have attending some of the NAPO (formerly National Association of Professional Organizers) programs and will be pursuing certification.
