I've been working with Benjamin since June of 2025; my primary goal in getting a personal trainer was to lose weight. Since working with him to do strength training / weight lifting, I've lost 15 pounds. I've always felt awkward in the gym and unsure how to use weights. Benjamin took his time during each and every session to explain why we were doing those weights, how to use them effectively, and then demonstrated the correct form. He was very patient when I messed up repeatedly or couldn't master the form. I appreciate that he knows how to push his clients but also is sensitive to when they need rest. He really takes a whole person approach to fitness and encourages good diet, good rest, good water intake, etc. I also love that his workouts were custom to me -- he listened to what I wanted to do (lose weight) and helped develop strength exercises that met that goal. I continue to work with him and have no plans to stop! I highly recommend his services!
