ID23 Events was an absolute blessing for our wedding experience! Demetra Harris was professional, warm, thorough and skilled from start to finish. My husband (ahhh!) and I met with her around 3 months out from our wedding, and knew instantly she was a great fit. She had awesome energy and was ready to serve, always prompt with time and taking notes to ensure not to miss a beat. Although majority of the details were mapped out, she offered ideas, alternatives to challenges and took over vendor communications effectively to insure everything and everyone was well organized on the day of. Demetria always made sure I was in a positive space as the bride and provided unlimited consulting via phone and text, in addition to several in-person meetings and venue walk throughs. There are truly no words for the execution on day of! We opted for a non-traditional wedding with multiple moving parts: a public park ceremony, restaurant reception, rooftop after party, 2 hotels for guests and the wedding party, a send-off location and everything taking place out doors. Demetra and her assistant Lindsey nailed it perfectly, and working with her through the process leading to the big day gave me confidence that we were covered in all areas. She kept a group of nearly 30 wedding party members, bridal assistance and set up team, vendors and venues on point with timelines, responsibilities and up to the minute communications. She went above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we wanted, finalizing our journey with a follow up call days after to review vendor performance and discuss any concerns we may have had regarding our wedding day. When any changes occurred that were out of our control, Demetra met challenges promptly with resolution. From leading the rehearsal , to arriving early the next day of the wedding to meet with me at my hotel to review any new to-dos and assist with venue set ups to delivering leftover deserts to the after party venue to add a touch to the set up, she was absolutely amazing. Our timeline was tight, with every piece scheduled back to back and set ups / break downs happening simultaneously. She handled everything to perfection, down to reminders of my to dos outside of the wedding day. Working with ID23 Events allowed us the opportunity to relax and actually take in the moment. There were tons of details and It seemed like she was in 10 places at one time. Everyone involved in the wedding commented on the pleasure it was to work with her and we are so grateful to have had Demetra coordinate this once in a lifetime opportunity for us.
