- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $0.20 per square foot. Any bookings made online through Thumbtack, Facebook, or the Good Boy Pressure Washing website are eligible for a 25% off discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can offer an exact quote with an overhead Google map view of the area to be washed. after agreeing on a price, I travel to the customers location, tidy up any weeds, sticks, or other debris, lay down some degreaser if necessary to get up any stains, hook up to a water supply and then push the pressure washer around until completion. I like to take before and after pictures as well with the client's approval.
