- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe property management should feel like a partnership, not just a service. We start with a conversation to learn about your property and your goals, whether you’re renting your first home or managing a growing portfolio. From there, we’ll explain how we work, answer your questions, and create a plan that fits your needs. Once you’re on board, we handle the day-to-day management—from marketing your home and finding great tenants to maintenance, rent collection, inspections, and ongoing communication—so you can enjoy the benefits of owning your investment without the stress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of licensed North Carolina real estate professionals with extensive experience in property management. We stay up to date on state landlord-tenant laws, fair housing requirements, leasing practices, and property management best practices through ongoing education and industry training. Combined with our experience managing more than 1,700 properties throughout the Triangle, we’re committed to providing knowledgeable guidance and exceptional service to every client.
