The property where we are was first managed by a different company and then Real Property Management Raleigh came along. The first company was adequate. RPM-Raleigh has been outstanding. If we've ever had an issue, they have responded immediately. They are super kind. I've had friends tell of their problems with landlords or property management companies and I feel exceedingly glad that I can't relate to any of those stories. I whole-heartedly recommend Mike Ritter and his team.
