Our kitchen sink wasn't draining properly because the pipes were badly clogged and needed replacing. Nahu fixed that and asked if anything else needed to be repaired. I mentioned that the motion sensor in my touchless kitchen faucet wasn't working, but that I had given up on that long ago. In minutes, he looked at the parts I had in a box and installed the solenoid so that it's functioning properly now. It's like I have a new faucet!A few weeks later he came and replaced a hand held hose and shower head that had cracked in the bathroom. Coincidentally, that same day, my outdoor faucet adapter froze and broke in half on the pavement. Though I hadn't scheduled work for the outdoor faucet, Nahu fixed everything and even put faucet covers over all three outdoor faucets. I'm relieved.Guild Masters was prompt and conscientious. Everett and his team are second to none. We had what we knew was a pretty large sewer line repair. It’s always stressful when taking a chance with someone new, but we were impressed with Everett’s responsiveness and fair rate. He responded on Saturday afternoon, looked at the job on Sunday and was finished by 11 am on Monday. These guys are fantastic. Highly recommended!
