They were an hour late, didn't have proper tools or clothing, and worked very slowly. Only two workers instead of the three that was promised. Job didn't get completed. I overpaid them for less than average work but it was because I felt bad.

I hired this company to assist with my move. The week of the move, I sent a message to confirm the move, and they confirmed it. On the day of the move, I received a message that they'd would cancel the move due to rain, which was understandable. However, it wasn't going to rain all day. I inquired about moving the time and not the date. I kept getting misled messages. Then later on we decided to do the move on a different day. Meanwhile I received another message from this group about their truck having issues on the day of the move. At first it was the rain, then it's the truck. Which one is it? I sent a message to confirm the new date of the move, it was confirmed. The day came, I sent a message to ask if there on their way. No reply, but I got a call from this lady. She started off by telling me that I never confirmed for the move, when I read the message her, it was changed to all trucks has been dispatched, but they can still send someone and I'd get the truck. Mind you this is MINTUES before the time we agreed on! While I was still on the phone and now looking at the uhaul website to secure a truck, this person proceeds to hang up on me! I called back and was told she's going through a lot of things, like that's my problem with lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and just bad business acumen. Use this company at your own risk!
