Restomaster was super professional and easy to work with. I was able to file everything through them for my insurance. I got my leak repaired and new flooring. I will work with them in the future when I save a little money to finish my basement.

We had a devastating house fire and honestly didn’t even know where to begin. The whole experience was overwhelming, but thankfully, RestoMaster in Raleigh, North Carolina, stepped in and handled everything from start to finish. They worked directly with our insurance company, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. They made sure we got what we needed to not just restore the house, but bring it back even better than before.
What really stood out was how they kept us informed every step of the way. I never felt out of the loop. They made sure we had a say in every little detail, from flooring to paint colors. They truly went above and beyond to make the house feel like home again.

We had a roof leak and were worried about the damage it was causing to our walls. Ashley and her team responded quickly, sent out someone for an assessment and estimate. They found the exact spot for the leak. They tested and found mold. Then they handled the claim with my insurance. I was able to get all the necessary repairs on my house done through my insurance with Ashley and her team.
