Santiago answered my request almost immediately. Scheduled something with me and was right on time. He did an amazing job installing my gutter and even guaranteed his work. I will absolutely be using Santiago again for future projects. His prices are fair and his quality of work is suberb. Very knowledagble professional.

At the outset, let me mention that Augustine, to his credit, spotted the error, pointed it out, described it, and immediately made arrangements to fix it at no charge! Frankly, I probably would never have noticed it unless somebody else pointed it out. I would like to have given them the fifth star, but I think he should have been more careful to be familiar with level of his workers" knowledge. The job was to replace about 45 feet of soffit, fascia, and gutter and paint what needed it. Augustine Paredes was on time and personable. The workmen that did the work were on time, pleasant and did tight, tidy work, leaving the work area clean each day. There were a couple of changes along the way that were implemented with no trouble.

When you build upper end custom homes it's mandatory to have contractors who are quality conscience and dependable. With Micky Wilbur and Southern Gutter we know exactly what we are getting- job after job!! Over 100 homes built and we have yet to have a problem. That speaks volumes for Southern Gutter!!
