You’ve found the best property management company I have worked with over a 30-year real estate investment career across multiple states. I’ve hired and fired more than six management companies because all of them stopped performing after promising my family they would take good care of our investment, perform regular property inspections, and do thorough background checks on potential renters. If you are frustrated with your current manager trust Clarkson Hines, the owner of PMI. He is one in a million and deserves praise for his integrity, attention to detail, willingness to work hard. You will enjoy his ability to communicate with you as an owner. He does what he promises and treats our property like it was his own investment. When PMI took over our property we had a $17,000 rehab on a beautiful single-family home. The fired management company lied and told us it would require only $6,000 to get the home rent ready. Clarkson gave us an honest assessment and got repairs going quickly so we could get the home back online. He and his wife returned to the house on weekends to perform touch up painting just before they put the house back on the market. Clarkson under promises and over performs, a rare trait in business. We are out of town owners and always fear our property manager will put us at the end of their “urgency list” once we sign the contract and return to California. It becomes impossible to keep an eye on our rental 2,700 miles away, out sight means out of mind, right? I discussed my feelings of betrayal before agreeing to give PMI our business and Clarkston has lived up to our expectations; therefore, I am writing this testimony recommending his business no matter where you live. These folks have communicated from day one we even receive our rent check before any of our other property managers can deliver. I am confident you will be pleased with PMI and recommend Clarkson Hines because of his character and work ethic He treats his owners well and our tenants fairly.
