Courtney from North East Services did some excellent work for me on short notice on a Saturday. My upstairs attic A/C system wasn't kept in good shape (by previous owner) when I had bought my home; one-day, water backed up in the A/C emergency pan and leaked through my ceiling. The next day (a hot hot Saturday), I located North East Services on Thumbtack and Courtney came by same-day after giving me a good detail estimate. He diagnosed multi issues with my upstairs A/C unit: His thourough explanation gave me the peace of mind of knowing exactly what the problems were. There were multiple issues that Courtney fixed for me on his trip out: bad electrical connection on A/C fan, incorrectly mounted A/C water overflow shutoff mechanism (leading to ceiling damage), then he proceeded to clean out the A/C drainage hose and check the function of the A/C compressor outside (he added one pound freon). I would recommend Courtney to work on your HVAC; he's skilled, articulate, and fair on price!. Eric
