- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
in the first session I observe movement patterns. we then talk about overall goals. afterward we set SMART goals. I design monthly plan specific for each client and from there a 6 week program. Once that 6 week cycle is done, we reassess, set new goals and a new 6 week program is designed. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a Master in Sports Science and Pedagogy, B.S in Kinesiology and I am a certified Health and Fitness Specialist and Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. I have over 100+ hours in physical therapy and still interning currently. I am CPR and AED certified as well.
