Tim is a phenomenal trainer and awesome person. I trained with Tim for about two months and never felt healthier or more confident than when I was following his plan. Errick works you hard and encourages clean eating. IT WORKS. I lost weight, toned muscle and am stronger than I can ever remember. If I hadn't moved to a new city, I would keep training with him for as long as possible. There aren't enough good things to say. Tim is truly invested in your personal success. On days you don't meet, a text message reminder to make healthy choices will encourage you to stay on track. You set goals together and work hard to reach them. This isn't just some one-size-fits-all program... He will learn your limits and strengths as you train and push you as hard as he knows YOU can go. He does it all with a smile and energy that make you want to push through that one last rep to make him proud. He switches up your routine constantly so you never get bored or tired of the same old thing. He's also a genuinely good person and cares about his athletes. You won't be just another client passing through. I have been training w/ Tanner for a few months, I've lost inches, weight, my skills have vastly improved. I am also more confident and feel like I know my way around the gym more. He is on point, lots of good technical skills, since behind everything, but he also has great "soft skills" personable, caring, flexible and genuine. All around a super trainer. It's been an honor and privilege to work with him.
Will is a knowledgeable trainer. He uses kettlebells. He is willing to work with you to set expectations and help you reach your goals. He holds training certifications and is a motivator. He can train at a time and place convenient to his client.
ATP Fitness is awesome! The price and small class sizes is what drew me in initially but the owners and the instructors are definitely what keeps me coming back for more! They make every person at every fitness level feel comfortable and because of the small class sizes are able to give each person the attention they need to reach their fitness goal. It's like you have your own personal trainer at every class! If your looking for a tough, fun workout with some pretty awesome people then I highly recommend ATP Fitness!

As a satisfied customer Damien went beyond the call of duty. He was the best trainer I've ever witnessed in all the gyms I've been to instead of just telling u how to do it and getting u to crack on with it . He got involved making sure you was doing the exercise properly and effectively . I manage to bulk up with in week and since I lost him to his career I've never been able to achieve the great results I did with having him push me and work with me . I've had other trainers since and I decided to give up on them since they just didn't have the get up and go personality as him . They have more been mirror work out trainers meaning they love them selfs more than they love their job Highly recommended and highly motivated trainer!

I will find any excuse in the book not to exercise. Then along came Kerri Davis...She is at my house at 7 am twice a week (previously 3 times a week)! She has been instrumental in helping me shed 70 lbs and loosing 41 1/4 inches!! She is always encouraging, has a positive attitude no matter what you call her, and is the greatest trainer!
