Called TNT because of their high ratings on here and the specific compliments.My experience ... They showed up in the designated appointment time and had communicated with me on the way. He was very personable. He not only explained the problem to me but also showed me the broken part and explained the solution. I ended up repairing the problem and choosing to upgrade my entire system.The upgrade was scheduled for the following day. The technician showed up on time. Did the work accurately and efficiently. The owner of the company came by later in the day to check his work.The owner seems to care that the work is done right and the customer is satisfied. I've had the new system for a month; have not had a single problem but feel that if I did he would make it right.I was very pleased and have already recommended TNT to a friend.

A little put off by their service. I had them come out to service my garage door. Once they visited they determined the door needed reinforcement and recommended I replace the rollers. I agreed and they completed the work in a pretty much timely manner (Around $350). A few weeks later my garage door would not respond to the remote so I called them again to come out and check it out. They did and they determined that my sensors were dirty and covered by cobwebs and they cleaned them and fixed the issue. What bothers me is they charged me for another service call ($89) to do this. In my opinion, they should have accomplished a complete preventive maintenance on their first visit and I feel they could have prevented the follow-on visit by doing what they should have on the first visit. Just saying...
