- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off square footage of the home. We are happy to customize your quote by removing rooms you do not want cleaned or services you do not require. Any "piece work" as I call it, such as only cleaning bathrooms or certain rooms/areas of the home are usually quoted at an hours rate. I offer military and senior discounts of $10 off per cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I provide them with a quote and information usually via email. The customer lets me know what services they are interested in, I offer any recommendations I have based on the information provided. I answer any questions the customer might have and set them up for their initial cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started Dayton Maid, LLC in Dayton, Oh in 2014. Residential customers are my main focus, we do clean several small offices. I have worked with several realtors, investors and a down sizing company, taking care of all their cleaning needs. From a young age my mother has been involved in real-estate. We owned rental properties when I was a child and purchased homes to "flip." This was very helpful in learning what needs to be done to properly clean and prepare a home before and after tenants. My mother and both of my grandmothers taught me how to clean and pay attention to detail. We work with several realtors, investors and a down sizing company.
