- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by menu options. It is usually per guest pricing. Delivery is always included in the cost. We do not have hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with our clients price point and strive to offer them the perfect meal for their event. We offer complimentary tastings for up to four guests. We like to build menus with our clients so that the correct food choices are being selected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing this for over 25 years. We have also had professional cake decorating classes. Having had other businesses over the last 40 years it has helped us be organized and ready for any challenge.
