I see why SHINE is in the name. They are great at cleaning! Knocked off a star because the laundry folding is sloppy. Timely, understanding, treated my home with care & friendly office staff. I am newly back to work after having been a stay at home mom for awhile. As expected, I have been finding it hard to keep up with all the household tasks. I tried To A Shine and they made our home feel and look so refreshed. My kids even liked seeing their little stuff animals all rearranged and their beds made so nicely. The place also smelled so good, something I am very sensitive to. They also seem to care a lot about any concerns you have with your home and with their work. We would definitely use them again!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts when a customer joins our subscription plan, has additional needs (extras) of 3 or more, we provide a 20% discount and new customers receive a 10% discount!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask some questions regarding the property and expectations. if it is straight forward we have a pricing model that can handle a very quick quote. If it is more of a complex job, we will do a site visit at that point and make sure we are fair to the customer as well as To A Shine!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner, I am actually an engineer and have utilised 30 years as an engineer and General manager in the Aerospace sector that now I bring those quality perspectives to this world. We are a quality driven, efficient and well oiled team of people that make sure the customers needs are priority.
