- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive with the market while at the same time the quantity of the service makes it a real bargain. I take each offer on a case by case basis and in some circumstances, I am able to offer a degree of flexibility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The main thing is to find out what an individuals taste is and create an outline for the specific project. It is important to communicate with the customer to make sure they get exactly what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always had interests in music and technology from an early age and have pursued them my entire life from garage bands in high school to the flight deck of an aircraft carrier in the Navy. Did I mention filmmaking at the University of Oklahoma and performing in bands and as a Dj from North Carolina to California and back again? Looking back I'm proud to say that during this whirlwind I still managed to get 8yrs of on-air radio experience at to different NPR stations. Needless to say, I've been around the block a few times and you can count on me to be a pretty safe bet.
