- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every customer should think about the items they are moving and a budget they are trying to stay around. The reason for that is because all moves are priced to an itemized inventory, so having a good idea of what is being moved will bring them to a good idea of the exact cost of the move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A detailed inventory of what's being moved is made, we identify the needs and wants of customers and proceed with working up an estimate were both parties are happy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers in all of the lower 48 states. We have facilitated everything from military moves, cross country moves, across the street moves and everything in between.
