Hello! My name is Whitney. I am 23 years old and located in Minot, ND. I have a huge love for fitness and helping others! I've been a health and wellness coach for a little over 2 years now and am certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer.
I have two young daughters (7 months and 3 years), so I'm very familiar with getting back into a routine postpartum. Every woman deserves to be happy, healthy, confident, and comfortable in her own skin, and I am here to help you achieve that. I can help with nutrition as well as designing a routine that will be just right for you!
