- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically do a flat fee when I send my quote. This way the client knows exactly what I'm going to charge. I don't charge per hour, travel fees, or overage charges. I like being transparent and open with my clients. I go above and beyond to make sure your event runs smoothly without any hiccups.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a sit down conversation with the client before I start the process. If a sit down isn't available then I would at least like to talk via phone before the job is started. It's a pretty straightforward and simple process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I've been making professional videos for over five years now. I'm also Part 107 certified which means I can fly drones legally so if you have any aerial services please let me know!
