I wish i could select all the positive things and not just 3. Mg apartment wasn’t in the best condition and she made it feel like home again. To any people who have animals and your couch has a lot of fur, when she’s done the couch looks brand new! I highly recommend her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of multiple variables such as size of home, work needed, time it will take to complete, added services requested, if reoccurring service a discount will be applied. I am flexible with my fees and will work with customers who need pricing adjustments :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss with the potential customer what is expected, and the details of the specific job. Then we schedule a time to meet and for me to complete the job (this can be on the same date), I strive to make my customer happy and will work with them to get through any barrier during this process
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have worked in this field for approx 5yr, have some experience from before that when I helped with family’s cleaning companies.
