- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, honest pricing. We typically offer flat-rate pricing based on the size of your home and the level of cleaning required, so you’ll never be surprised by a hidden fee. All supplies and equipment are included in our quote. We also offer recurring service discounts (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to help our regular Omaha clients save more over time
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make your life easier from the very start. Our process includes: Initial Consultation: We’ll discuss your specific cleaning needs, priorities, and any 'trouble spots' via Thumbtack or a quick phone call. Customized Quote: You'll receive a transparent, flat-rate quote based on your home’s layout. The Walkthrough: Upon arrival, we do a brief walkthrough with you to ensure we’re aligned on the scope of work. The Clean: We get to work using our own professional-grade supplies. Final Inspection: We do a final check to ensure everything meets our 'R&J Standard' before we head out."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While my primary training comes from years of hands-on experience, I have developed a professional system for residential cleaning that focuses on efficiency and deep-clean techniques. I stay up-to-date on the best practices for different surface types—such as natural stone, hardwood, and stainless steel—to ensure your home is treated with the correct, safe products.
