Introduction: Lessons are tailored to each individual’s or group’s needs. I have experience teaching to brand new beginners, experience yogis wanting to advance their practice, athletes increasing flexibility and strength or rehabilitating injuries, and everyday people wanting to take the steps toward a healthier, happier lifestyle.
I support personal growth and strive to foster a safe space where students can increase self awareness while learning about themselves. I am constantly learning and evolving to better myself as an instructor.
