Chris and Meredith were fantastic! We'd book them again in a heartbeat. We had the Henrys cook a dinner for a group of 9 for New Year's Eve and both the food and the service were great. Tanya came to our house to do a wedding shower brunch for my daughter. She came very early (and had driven 2 hours to get here, and worked methodically, quietly, and with a smile. She then served the most AWESOME multi course menu.. we were all totally awed as course after course came out! Afterwards, she cleaned so thoroughly my daughter commented that she had never seen my island so clean! She left the same way she came and we had one of the best, most relaxing home parties we have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend Tanya, her cooking, her professional demeanor - the whole package to anyone who is lucky enough to employ her!

We were absolutely ecstatic about the Catering job Chef Paul and Teresa did for us to celebrate my Mom’s 75th birthday. What a great idea to hire a team of individuals who will bring the grill and all necessities needed for an enjoyable day of catered bliss. The day started early for this fantastic duo. From food preparation, set-up, cooking/grilling, presentation, and clean-up, Chef Paul and Teresa were professional, timely, and organized while putting out the most delicious of foods! The special touches, such as birthday platter made for the guest of honor (even personally sung by the Chef), was sincerely appreciated. We were all able to enjoy a perfect day with family, friends and good food, without having to slave in the kitchen all day (or prep/clean-up). Thank you Chef Paul and Teresa! We would highly recommend you and hope we can do this again soon.

Chef Elizabeth cooked dinner for my wife’s 70th birthday. It was such a joy to work with her. She was responsive right from the beginning - offering menu suggestions and answering the dozens of questions I threw at her. She arrived promptly at the designated hour and presented a delicious meal cooked from our kitchen at the exact time we chose. My wife was so happy that I had hired Chef Elizabeth. She was attentive and took care of everything from opening the champagne to cleaning up after the meal. She left the kitchen spotless. We plan on hiring her many more times in the future.

    Ellen has cooked many meals for me. They are all incredibly delicious. She uses fresh and local ingredients and she is innovative in making healthy food tasty. Recently she made a Thai Shrimp soup that was perfectly spiced. She can accommodate any special requirements. Ellen is well versed in alternative options. She knows how to cook gluten free and often uses sugar alternatives in baking. I can't wait to taste the next creation she makes.

    I consider that in my experience that many of the people who classify themselves as "chefs" are actually long term employees of a particular company who have risen through the ranks from a dishwasher, etc. and have no knowledge of culinary arts or proper training beyond thier environment.
