Shelley came to our facility in Woburn to train us in first aid and cpr. She arrived early and had everything set up and ready to go at our start time. It took a little over 2 hours for the whole thing. I really felt like my employees learned a lot from her. She was very patient and explained things very well. I have already recommended her to our other franchise locations. We all thought she was great!
We had a few guys come in and conduct a first aid certification course for 8 people in an apartment. They were very informative and willing to answer all our questions. They came in on two days notice when our prior instructor fell through, and were very helpful and prompt in figuring out all the details for the training. I would definitely work with them again!
Danielle was extremely thorough and made sure that all class participants were comfortable with each exercise before moving forward. I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of CPR and First Aid Training.
An excellent thorough CPR training from very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended! I will return for their First Aid training course.
I took the CPR/AED class and also the First Aid class with Gail on two separate nights. Gail is friendly, down to earth and very knowledgeable about her field. I enjoyed her classes, her sense of humor and always felt comfortable asking questions. She also stayed in touch with me(email and by phone) to keep me up to date on her classes and help me to schedule a class with her. She has a wide range of knowledge about children, safety, and health care. I would recommend her to anyone!!
We had a group of engineers who needed AED training. He gave clear instructions with a few anecdotes to keep it interesting. He covered the topic well, had each of us practice on the dummy, answered our questions completely and didn't waste a minute of our time. I highly recommend him.
This teacher is awesome! Great info, good sense of humor, very dedicated to EMS and CPR, has a passion for the field which he passes to his students.
Safety 911 and Bill have had great customer service. Any question we have he gets right back to us. The quality of training is superb and my afterschool staff genuinly like him and way he delivers his class content. The availability of his First Aid and CPR classes makes it easier for me as an Administrator to keep up on having my staff trained properly and timely for safety at all of our seven sites. We cannot beat the price for the quality we get.
Thank you so much to Derek! I'm a teacher and work at a center that serves infants-pre-k! We had a group of 11 of us who needed CPR and first aid recertification! I found Derek on here and he reached out to me and we set a date and time. It was great! He came right to our center one evening after we closed and we didn't have to pay extra for him to come to us. He came early to set up that way when we were ready to begin we could. For both first aid and CPR recertification it took about 2 hours. The entire time he kept all of us engaged in what we were doing and had a great sense of humor! It cost us $50 per person total for both first aid and CPR. We look forward to having him back again and we will be giving his info to our other center locations directors! Thank you again!!
What we liked was the instructors' credibility from their real life experience. They had practical advice that gave us food for thought. The class seemed efficient and the cpr equipment was very new. The price was not the lowest we found but we decided on them due to their willingness to come to our facility on our schedule and the fact that they really use the skills they teach. We had some challenges scheduling as they were booked up on our first choice of dates. We plan to use this company again for other employee training and for our recertification for CPR/1st Aid.
Elliot was incredibly easy to work with as well as communicate with in scheduling a class in my studio. His class is very professional yet extremely comfortable. Elliot is quite knowledgeable and very personable. I would highly recommend him.
She gave instructions of how to use CPR and AED for a certification I use as a Fitness Instructor.
