As a company, we set out to change how fitness is delivered. We want our success to be based on our members' results and personal success, not just the numbers we can pack in the door. We want to offer our members the same type of scientifically based, thorough, individualized, and specific exercise program design that we would offer to our personal training clients. We want our members to enjoy their workouts, not dread them as so many people unfortunately do. That is why all of our exercise programs are delivered in fun, dynamic, positive, encouraging, and motivating group sessions. That is also why we made it part of our mission to create and foster team culture and a real sense of community at EvoFit. It is a huge factor in helping our members achieve their goals.
